OpenAI has doubled usage limits for several paid tiers. The changes affect Work and Codex quotas on the Pro 100 and Pro 500 plans, which both get twice the previous allotment. On Pro 200, OpenAI doubled the lower quota and reversed a planned cut after user pushback. The Plus plan stays the same. New subscriptions already include the updated quotas, and existing customers get them automatically. Doubling a quota doesn't mean twice as many completed tasks, OpenAI says, since consumption varies by model, task type, and settings.
